The Tarragon 2 Clubhouse is a fully featured mini-clubhouse / venue.  Equipped with 2 braai areas, a large area with bar (with kitchen area) as well as separate ladies and gents bathrooms.  There is easy access to the pool.  The trustees can be contacted if you would like to rent it out for an event.

The daily rental cost is R500 and includes only a basic cleaning fee.  If the clubhouse is excessively dirty after an event, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.  You are expected to clear everything afterwards and we will arrange for the patio, floors, windows and bathrooms to be cleaned.

The no-cleaning daily rental is R300. You will be responsible for cleaning the clubhouse, braai and toilets after use. You will also provide your own toilet supplies as part of your rental. A additional refundable deposit will also be payable and returned when the clubhouse is returned in a clean state.

Please note that bookings from TENANTS or PARTIAL CLEANING, require cash payment at unit 145 (or the current chairperson) during the hours of 08h00 and 18h00 weekdays before the event date.  Any other bookings scenarios will attract a charge on the owner levy statement at Angor.

The clubhouse rental is subject to a maximum of 25 people in and around the clubhouse.

You are able to rent the clubhouse until until 00h00, but any music or noise must cease after 22h00.  The clubhouse is part of the complex and therefore subject the complex rules of conduct.  We would ask that you are respectful of the other residents while still having a good time.

This facility is only available to owners or tenants of Tarragon Place and Tarragon Two, who have to be present at all times and are responsible for any damages that occur.

NOTE:  Absolutely no alcohol is allowed in the swimming pool area and all children under 12 to be supervised by an adult.
